The Design Guidelines are in place to help residents of the park get the most out of their premises by encouraging good design for all properties in Keystone. They work to protect and enhance investment and ensure that all new parts of Keystone work together to support the vision of creating a world class business park.
The guidelines apply to all land sold in Keystone and require all designs to be approved by the Design Review Committee (DRC). The guidelines are not intended to be prohibitive and the DRC understands each occupant has their own specific needs. The DRC is in place to assist and resolve design elements thereby maximising the value of improvements on the land.
